Nimbus Cloud Services

Cloud Systems Support Engineer
  • 2-5 years in Systems Admin or Support role.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Implementation and Support
  • Knowledge of server hardware, switches, NAS storage, SAN storage basics.
  • Proficiency in installing and administering other mainstream operating systems (Windows Server)
  • Experience with different databases, including working knowledge of SQL, MySQL, (relational data stores, Postgres) and NoSQL.
  • Familiar with networking and routing protocols, TCP/IP stack, firewall principles (port forwarding/filtering), NAT etc.
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available environment.















Senior Cloud Systems Support Engineer
  • All of the above
  • A solid understanding of public, private and hybrid cloud technologies including firewalls, load balancers, hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security etc.
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
  • Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Rackspace etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience with storage and network equipment in an enterprise setting and with one or more of the following:
  • Virtualization – LXC, KVM, Hyper-V, Xen, etc.
  • Advanced Storage Solutions – RAID, LVM, SAN, NAS, file system tuning, etc.
  • Advanced Networking Configuration – Bridging, bonding, switching, firewalling, network file system tuning, etc.
  • High Availability Clustering – File systems, Servers, Databases
  • Linux integration with other environments – Authentication/directory services, network file systems, etc.
  • Familiar with Open Source software development
  • A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)
Cloud Account Managers
  • We are looking for hungry sales individuals who would work with a highly talented solutions team to drive revenue, adoption and market penetration of the NIMBUS Cloud services in enterprise and SMB markets.
  • Do you possess a 2-5 exposure to sales, management and technical background in networking or systems or software sales?

ANAPLAN

Model Builders
Cloud IOT is the leading partner for Anaplan in Malaysia. We are looking to hire smart individuals as Model Builders.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We need bright, passionate, personable and capable people to bring customers onto the Anaplan Platform by customizing and building customer models. You will build models from scratch, modify existing models, extend POC’s, and translate 2D spreadsheet models into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models. You will push the envelope of model design and analysis and become an expert at using the Anaplan Platform. In short, you will mix hard work and exhilaration to become an Anaplan Guru.

Customer Advocate

If you are an energetic Customer Marketing Manager who is passionate about increasing loyalty and advocacy within our customer base, you may be the perfect candidate. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement for positioning; upselling and renewals as well as developing compelling thought leadership stories.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively work with management, model builders and the Anaplan regional teams to develop and build customer relationships
  • Participate in the Anaplan customer advocate program, including communicating opportunities to advocates, collaborating with Anaplan marketing team to create customer content, and fulfilling reference requests across Sales and Marketing
  • Managing the engagement with customers through the completion of a referencing activity, and tracking customer referencing and POC requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, an exceptional account manager, excellent at building relationships, and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality of his/her work.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account management or marketing at a technology company
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement
  • Strong abilities in program execution with the ability to track progress on multiple reference activities, able to prioritize and effectively communicate with customer and internal stakeholders within Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
